本ポリシーは、習慣の予定と完了記録を管理するRoutine Note（ルーティンノート）に適用されます。English below
1. アカウント・端末内の情報
アカウント登録は不要です。ルーティン名、開始時刻、曜日、制限時間、完了履歴、色、通知・言語などの設定は端末内に保存します。これらの習慣記録を開発者のサーバーに送信する機能はありません。広告・分析・トラッキングSDKは使用していません。
2. ウィジェットと通知
アプリとウィジェットは端末内のApp Groupを使って記録を共有し、表示や完了操作に使用します。許可された場合、端末内で通知を予約します。通知にはルーティン名が表示されることがあり、ロック画面の表示と通知許可はiOS設定で変更できます。プッシュ通知用の開発者サーバーはありません。
3. 購入情報
Routine Note Proの月額・年額サブスクリプションと買い切りの購入・決済・復元はAppleのStoreKitで処理します。アプリは購入済み機能の有効化に購入状態を使います。開発者はクレジットカード番号を取得せず、購入情報を独自のサーバーへ送信しません。Appleの処理にはAppleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
4. 保存期間と削除
習慣記録は削除するまで端末内に保存します。アプリ内でルーティンを削除できます。アプリの削除や端末のバックアップの管理はiOS設定から行ってください。iOSの設定によりアプリデータが端末のバックアップに含まれる場合があります。現在、アプリ独自のクラウド同期機能はありません。開発者は端末内の記録を閲覧・復元できません。アプリを削除してもサブスクリプションは解約されません。
5. お問い合わせと第三者サービス
メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、送信元アドレスと本文・添付情報をサポート対応のために受け取ります。不要な個人情報を送らないでください。お問い合わせ情報は対応に必要な期間のみ保持し、法令上保存が必要な場合を除き、不要になれば削除します。削除のご希望は下記窓口へご連絡ください。メール配信事業者がメールを処理します。このページはGitHub Pagesで公開しており、アクセス時にGitHubがIPアドレス等の技術情報を処理する場合があります。GitHubのプライバシーに関する声明をご参照ください。個人情報の販売や広告目的での共有は行いません。
6. お子様・変更・連絡先
年齢にかかわらず、通常利用で開発者が習慣記録を収集することはありません。本ポリシーの変更は本ページと更新日でお知らせします。アプリおよび個人情報に関する窓口：seigou492@gmail.com（Routine Note開発者）。

This policy applies to Routine Note, a routine scheduling and habit recording app. No account is required.
Local data, widgets and notifications
Routine names, schedules, time limits, completion records and preferences are stored on your device. The app does not send these records to a developer server and includes no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. The app and its widgets share local data through an App Group to display routines and record completion. With your permission, local notifications may display routine names. Manage notifications and Lock Screen previews in iOS Settings.
Purchases
Apple StoreKit handles Pro monthly/yearly subscriptions, lifetime purchases and restoration. The app uses purchase status to unlock features. We do not receive card numbers or transmit purchase records to our own server. Apple's privacy policy applies to Apple's processing.
Retention and deletion
Records remain on your device until deleted. You can delete routines in the app and manage app deletion and device backups in iOS Settings. App data may be included in device backups depending on your settings. The app currently has no dedicated cloud sync service. We cannot access or recover your local records. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Support and service providers
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments to respond to your request. Please avoid unnecessary personal information. We retain support correspondence only as needed for support or legal obligations, then delete it. Contact us to request deletion. Email service providers process correspondence. This website is hosted by GitHub Pages; GitHub may process IP addresses and technical access information under its privacy statement linked above. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Children, changes and contact
Normal app use does not transmit habit records to the developer, regardless of age. Changes are published here with an updated date. For app support or privacy requests, contact the Routine Note developer at seigou492@gmail.com.
